Museum of the Island of Cozumel
Its rooms exhibit objects and documents that reconstruct the history of the Island and show its marine biodiversity, emphasised on its coral reefs. Its seat is an old hotel, the first in Cozumel, built in 1930, which was handed to the Park and Museum Fund in 1988. It has permanent and temporary exhibitions.
The museum offers the services of bilingual guides, and it also has a bookshop, a library, handicraft shops, access to the Internet, and a snack bar.
