- Liturgical books: old and valuable documents are protected in here, including editions regarded as rare and singular, such as the Polyglot Bible published in 1572 under the reign of Felipe II; choral books with beautiful drawings and colourful capital letters. There are also Pontifical, Sacramental, Lectionary, Antiphonary, Roman Breviary and Missal books, amongst others.
- Room of the Virgin: it exhibits seven medallions that depict the life of the Virgin through beautiful paintings.
- Eucharistic Relics: valuable objects of jewellery and other metals are exhibited in this room, such as monstrance and grails (sacred vases), manifests, altars, amphorae, altar cruets, chrism containers and hand bells, amongst others.
- Room of Christ: it is adorned with delicate objects carved in marble, and its strokes seem to be of oriental origins (probably the Philippines); and the Calvary of Christ is represented by figures made of dough of maize cane.
One of the last acquisitions accomplished by this museum is the fabulous model of the Historic Centre, elaborated in the XIX century by Victor Hugo Ramirez Lozano. The work illustrates the everyday life of the period and allows being aware of the changes the city has undergone.
